Looking for volunteers?

Student volunteering and community partnerships are at the heart of the University of 麻豆果冻传媒’s ethos and core values, and we have a thriving volunteering culture.

Each year, the Volunteering team support hundreds of students to engage in rewarding, safe and supported volunteering opportunities alongside their studies, or on volunteering placements as part of work-based learning modules.

If you are a local charity, not-for-profit, public-sector organisation or Community Interest Company (CIC), we’d love to partner with you!

We offer our partners:

  • Support and promotion to help match your role to our talented students.
  • On-site events such as lunchtime 'pop-ups' to promote your roles and organisation direnctly to students on campus.
  • Ongoing support throughout the process.

Partner with us

Students can fulfil volunteer roles in two ways: through ‘general’ volunteering and community placements. We can help you decide which option best suits the needs of your role and organisation - many roles are suitable for both.

General Volunteering

These roles take place outside of studies and are advertised to all students through our online portal, .

You can register and upload your role for free, specifying all details such as the role description, required time commitment, your applications process and any essential/desired role specifications. Students will then apply directly to you.

Community Placements

These are short-term placements which form part of a course module. Students need to complete a set number of hours within a specific time-frame, usually 30 or 50 hours over 2-3 months.

This option works well if you’d like student volunteers with specific skills and knowledge, and are happy to support short-term placements.
